One of the most breathtaking features of the park is the Tugela Falls with a combined drop of 948m from the Lesotho plateau to the george below. the rare Cape Vulture and many antelope are resident in the park. The Natal National Park was proclaimed 1n 1916 and the Royal was added to the name after the visit by members of the Royal Family in 1947. |
